Soft Snow Services (SSS) is a state of the art telemarketing outsource company located in the San Pedro area of San Jose, Costa Rica in Central America. Our Tico call center can handle varying sizes of business process outsourcing (BPO) assignments. The SSS management team will offer your business a proven method of success.

Soft Snow Services will always stay focused on managing no more than a one hundred member agent call center. Once capacity is reached at one of our call centers, another location will be created with the same BPO structure and Central American business plan.
